Wholesale Information

1. For new wholesale accounts, please complete the Wholesale Form. Please mail or e-mail a copy of your business certificate to Marks
Paper Company, 105 Golf Drive, Gilbertsville, PA 19525.

2. Orders are shipped from Gilbertsville, PA via UPS. Actual shipping charges will be applied upon billing. Please inspect merchandise
upon receipt. Claims must be reported within 5 days of receipt. Be sure to retain the merchandise and the original shipping carton for
inspection

3. Price of shipping is determined at the time of ordering based upon the estimated weight of the products you have selected and location
the products being shipped to.

4.Packs are individually wrapped with a bar code strip.

5. Orders are billed upon shipment using PayPal.

6. Marks Paper Company is not responsible for incorrect addresses used when placing an order. If you have inadvertently used an old
address or incorrectly entered a number, we will make every effort to assist you where possible.

7. In the case of lost or damaged merchandise, Marks Paper Company (MPCo) will work with the shipping company to have the
merchandise replaced as quickly as possible. MPCo is not responsible for lost time due to loss of or damage to merchandise during
shipping. Complaints regarding time lost or inconvenience should be filed with the shipping provider.

8. No returns without Marks Paper Company's authorization. Call within 10 days for return authorization. Merchandise must be unopened
in complete units. Shipping returned merchandise will be at the expense of the customer. All returns will incur a 20% restocking fee.
Shipping/Handling charges are non-refundable.

9. Backorders will be maintained upon request.

Additional Information Regarding International Shipping

Marks Paper Company is not responsible for any customs, taxes, tariffs or other fees associated with shipping to your country beyond
cost of postage.

Once a package gets to customs, the customer has two weeks to pick-up the package before it is returned to Marks Paper Company. If
a package is returned to MPCo because it was not retrieved from customs, the customer will be notified and will be required to pay the
shipping charge again to have the package reshipped. If the customer chooses to cancel the order, the customer will receive a refund for
the cost of the merchandise minus a 20% restocking fee. Shipping charges paid cannot be refunded.

Shipping times may vary around the world from zip code to zip code. Because of this, Marks Paper Company can not report a package
as lost until 30 days beyond its expected arrival date. At this time we will work with the shipping provider to investigate the loss of the
package(s).
